Conducted by our police partners and based on the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) Criminal Names Index, we reveal criminal convictions that have not been pardoned.

Employment Verifications are an inexpensive way to evaluate a candidate’s honesty and overall suitability for a position. Information is sourced directly from Human Resources and Payroll departments, providing you with accurate, unbiased information.

Education Verifications is sourced directly from registrars’ offices and student records, providing you with accurate, unbiased information.

Reference Interviews is a critical step in the hiring process where you can learn important details about your candidate.

eConsent enables paperless background checks. From anywhere, your candidates can complete consent forms and provide their signature using our proprietary online signature tool.

How does it work?

Simply by logging in to the client results site, enter your candidate’s name and email address, and select a service package. Your candidate will receive an email with a secure link to eConsent, where they are asked to provide the necessary details for us to complete each background check. Your candidate signs with their mouse as proof of consent. Xpera Screening receives the forms, conducts checks, and delivers results securely online.
