Director of Investigations, Western Canada

Glen Paproski is an accomplished Investigator with over 25 years of professional experience. He joined the Xpera team in 2001, has held a variety of roles, and presently serves as Director of Investigations, Western Canada. In this position, he oversees business operations for the western provinces and leverages his extensive experience and expertise to help lead a team of Canada’s top investigators. A well-rounded professional offering a comprehensive background in both investigation and private security, Glen has been a licensed Investigator since 1996. After a decade as a surveillance field operative and member of the Special Investigations Unit, Glen transitioned into management roles and later relocated to Calgary, where he currently manages Xpera’s day to day operations for Western Canada and has oversight of all major projects for the Western Region.
