Vice President, Operations, Western Canada

Glen is a highly accomplished professional with over 25 years of industry experience, including a broad background in investigation and private security. He joined Xpera in 2001, initially serving as a surveillance field operative and a member of the Special Investigations Unit before advancing into management roles. Most recently, he served as Director of Investigations for Western Canada, where he managed complex investigations for Fortune 500 companies, legal firms, and some of Canada's largest insurers. In his current position, he is responsible for implementing Xpera’s growth strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality services. He oversees business operations for the western provinces and leverages his extensive experience and expertise to lead ESM teams and all major projects for the western region.
