We are seeking a skilled Payroll Manager who will champion and foster a positive and inclusive culture. The Payroll Manager embodies the values of the organization by providing a positive employee experience. Reporting to the Controller, you will ensure the accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and compliance of our semi-monthly payroll for more than 1,800 full-time, part-time, and casual employees across Canada.
What You Will Do:
Prepare semi-monthly payroll for all employees within Xpera.
Provide a high level of service to Leaders inquiring about team pay discrepancies.
Prepare documentation and final pays for terminating employees, including ROEs using ROE Web and respond to Service Canada inquiries.
Conduct monthly reconciliation of payroll functions to the GL (WCB/WSIB/CNESST, benefits, source deductions, etc.)
Perform year end processing and reporting.
Participate in projects with Finance and multi-disciplinary teams to support business growth.
Please note this is not a leadership position.
What You Will Bring:
Post-secondary education in business or a related discipline.
Current Payroll Manager (PLP) or Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation.
Senior level experience in full cycle payroll processing ideally gained in mid-to-large sized organizations.
Payroll processing for all Provinces in Canada.
Strong technical knowledge of payroll including Federal and Provincial Employment Standards and payroll-related regulations across all Provincial jurisdictions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced excel skills (i.e., pivot tables, v-look ups).
Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Self-direction, motivation, and ability to work well with others.
Exceptional communication skills. You are a skilled listener, fact finder, communicator, presenter.
Ability to exercise sound judgment, business acumen, and practical experience to guide decisions.
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
The salary for this role will be in the range of $90,000 - $110,000.

Reporting to the Investigations Manager, the Investigator, Research & Analytics will conduct a wide variety of detailed, quality, and timely research and investigative assignments. This position will work within the Open-Source Intelligence team and collaborate with team members daily. Along with possessing an investigative mindset, advanced report writing, and research skills, a strong command of grammar and the English language are essential to success in this role. Remote work in this role is possible. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment under the pressure of tight deadlines. Responsibilities:

We are seeking dedicated Private Investigators - Surveillance to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex cases in a dynamic environment.
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct surveillance for a variety of legal, corporate, and insurance cases Document findings through video, photography, and detailed reports Monitor subjects discreetly, ensuring minimal detection while gathering crucial evidence Collaborate with clients to strategize and deliver results
Qualifications and Requirements:
A valid Ontario Private Investigators License is a mandatory requirement in this role Proven experience in surveillance investigations (minimum 3 years preferred) Strong observational skills and the ability to think on your feet Proficient with surveillance equipment and technology Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Full driver’s license and satisfactory driving record Access to a suitable vehicle with appropriate insurance for business use Ability to perform physical activities and sit for extended periods of time
