National Account Manager

For over 10 years, Scout has focused on building customer loyalty by aligning client challenges with impactful solutions. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, and oil and gas. Prior to Xpera, Scout played a pivotal role at Kudos, developing business with large organizations and enterprise accounts.

According to Scout, a strategic mindset and a strong focus on client needs have been crucial to his career. His success stems from truly understanding his clients and nurturing open communication and transparency in all his relationships.

Scout obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Calgary. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, having explored 24 countries, as well as reading, movies, and playing sports with friends, including volleyball, ultimate frisbee, softball and golf.
