National Account Manager

Stephanie has been managing client accounts and business relationships for over 12 years. Stephanie actively contributes growth for Xpera through new client acquisition and quality management of current accounts across Canada. With a large focus in Xpera’s Southwestern Ontario division (servicing Niagara, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, and Windsor), Stephanie’s client base includes relationships with Insurance and Legal professionals, Corporate, Municipal, and Government entities, and Human Resource Professionals.

Stephanie is an active member of the Ontario Insurance Adjusters Association (OIAA), the Insurance Institute of Canada (IIC), the Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber of Commerce, and the Human Resource Professionals Association (HRPA). Stephanie received her Baccalaureate degree in English Literature from the University of Ottawa in 2004 and has since maintained her education through post-degree courses in Economics at the University of Waterloo (2010).
