A Storied Career, An Exciting First Year
Individual investigations can be painstaking in their required attention to detail, but a career in investigations is anything but boring. Tonino Bianco joined Xpera to lead the Montreal office just last year, after a long career in law enforcement, and has led the organization through an exciting time.
After spending nearly 26 years as a police officer, detective- sergeant, and investigator with the SPVM and RCMP, Tonino began working in Investigation and Risk Management. In this capacity he conducted investigations, mystery audits, and security evaluations for several businesses. He also defined, developed, evaluated, and implemented action plans. Today with Xpera Risk Mitigation & Investigation, he serves as Regional Manager for Quebec, and continues to conduct comprehensive investigations. In his short time with Xpera, Tonino has grown his team of specialists and created great client experiences.
He works on behalf of insurance providers, the legal community, and within corporate environments to investigate everything from workplace harassment to theft to legal defense.
Tonino believes his team’s talent is an important success factor that’s driving the business forward. “People are looking for greater expertise and results, and we deliver just that. Even during these changing times,” says Tonino. “Since joining Xpera I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with our clients. I’ve seen firsthand the difference we make, every day. I am incredibly fortunate.”
A lifelong Québecois, Tonino is a member of the Karnak Shriners Motor Corps and serves on the advisory board of the GA-ODC (Global Alliance Office on Drugs and Crime) as Canadian Director of Organized Crime.
