ESM Welcomes Enitan Job as Safety Officer for Western Canada
Emergency Security Management (ESM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Enitan Job as Safety Officer for Western Canada. Enitan is responsible for conducting employment quality initiatives and overseeing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices.
With over 12 years of experience in health and safety administration, Enitan embodies the expertise and passion needed to thrive in her new role. Her deep knowledge of safety, security, quality, and health procedures empowers her to make a significant impact. As an experienced trainer, she possesses an exceptional understanding of Occupational Health and Safety legislation. Her ability to develop robust and effective safety plans across diverse industries showcases her commitment to fostering safe working environments.
In her new position, Enitan collaborates across multiple teams and departments to gather vital data, assess current programs and policies, and implement transformative solutions to drive HSE results. Her role supports organizational accountability and embeds essential practices into ESM’s operational model.
Previously, Enitan held the roles of Deputy Manager of HSE and Quality Assurance and Compliance Lead with a global energy company. Enitan is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), a certified ISO 45001:2018 auditor (IRCA), a NEBOSH-certified safety professional, and a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals.

Outside of work, Enitan is an avid reader. She also enjoys meeting new people, conversing and learning about different cultures. Additionally, she prioritizes quality time with her family, whether at home or embarking on weekend adventures together.
