Toronto, January 22, 2026 – Xpera announces the appointment of Brett Burke as Vice President, Sales. In this role, Brett will lead the company’s sales strategy and work closely with the senior management team to drive continued growth and client success.

Brett Burke joined the company in 2009 and recently served as the Director of Business Development. He has played a pivotal role over the past several years as Xpera has solidified its status as one of the most respected providers in risk mitigation. Xpera’s expanding service lines, new solutions, and leading technology support clients across a spectrum of sectors, including government, regulatory bodies, insurance companies, corporations, law firms, and more.

Reflecting on his 20-year career in business development, Brett notes that he has fostered strong business partnerships by engaging with clients from a place of genuine experience. “I listen to clients and understand their challenges,” he says. “Ultimately, I am here to problem solve and come up with solutions that are available to help strengthen their business.” He describes his mission as bringing innovative ideas to the table and identifying strategic ways to effectively address the problems clients encounter as their markets evolve and their needs shift.
