March 25, 2026, Calgary – Xpera Risk Mitigation & Investigation (Xpera) is pleased to welcome Scout Sackley as National Account Manager in Alberta. Scout will focus on expanding Xpera’s corporate market in Alberta. He will be actively pursuing new client relationships to support Xpera’s ambitious growth strategies.

For over 10 years, Scout has focused on building customer loyalty by aligning client challenges with impactful solutions. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, and oil and gas. Most recently, Scout played a pivotal role at Kudos, developing business with large organizations and enterprise accounts.

According to Scout, a strategic mindset and a strong focus on client needs have been crucial to his career. “My success stems from truly understanding my clients and nurturing open communication and transparency in all my relationships with them. I believe that building strong connections is key to achieving incredible results together,” says Scout.

Scout obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Calgary. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, having explored 24 countries, as well as reading, movies, and playing sports with friends, including volleyball, ultimate frisbee, softball and golf.
