Calgary, Alberta, April 2, 2026—Xpera Risk Mitigation & Investigation (Xpera) is pleased to announce the appointment of Glen Paproski as Vice President of Operations, Western Canada.

In this role, Glen will oversee business operations across Xpera’s investigations, security, and project management divisions. He will lead teams in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, drawing on his decades of experience as a proven leader. He will be responsible for implementing Xpera’s growth strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality services.

Glen is a highly accomplished professional with over 25 years of industry experience, including a broad background in investigation and private security. He joined Xpera in 2001, initially serving as a surveillance field operative and a member of the Special Investigations Unit before advancing into management roles. Most recently, he served as Director of Investigations for Western Canada, where he managed complex investigations for Fortune 500 companies, legal firms, and some of Canada's largest insurers.
