May 4, 2026 – Xpera is pleased to announce that Dustin Mudryk will be assuming the role of Vice President, Information Technology.

Since joining Xpera, Dustin has been instrumental in driving enterprise modernization, strengthening our compliance posture, and elevating the way our teams collaborate across the organization. His leadership has guided major initiatives, including large scale migrations, data governance improvements, operational automation, and the development of technology strategies that directly support our business goals.

Dustin’s 20 years of experience in information technology and his focus on innovation, reliability, and long term scalability will play a key role in shaping the next phase of our organization’s development. Dustin will continue to spearhead Xpera’s IT team and foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that IT operates as a strategic partner across Xpera. He will align technology initiatives with organizational goals to enable scalable growth, operational efficiency, and enhanced client outcomes.
