Xpera Welcomes Marc Dunleavy as Director, Health & Safety

Xpera is pleased to announce the appointment of Marc Dunleavy as Director, Health & Safety. Marc is responsible for conducting employment quality initiatives and overseeing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices.

A collaborative Senior Leader with over two decades of experience in global and domestic operational health, safety, security and environmental management. Marc is recognized for transforming corporate culture through a collaborative team approach. His extensive skills include robust and practical customized OHS programs, including risk management, coaching, training, occupational health programs, strategic planning, and fiscal oversight.

“Active engagement and collaboration with all partners, experience, and understanding have given me the ability to identify best practices and lead continuous initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices,” Dunleavy says. “I’m eager to continue and bolster Xpera’s safe, positive and productive culture.”

In his new position, Marc will assess current programs and policies and implement transformative solutions across Xpera. Marc’s national role supports organizational accountability, embeds essential practices into Xpera’s operational model, and drives HSE results and standards.

Marc holds a bachelor’s degree from Leeds University and a NEBOSH International Diploma. He has completed FEMA Incident Command 100 & 200 courses, and DNV (Det Norske Veritas, Norway) training in Practical Loss & Leadership, Incident Investigation, Project Management & Modern Safety Management.
