Xpera Risk Mitigation & Investigation (Xpera) is pleased to welcome Conor McQuillan as National Account Manager, Western Canada. Based in Burnaby, B.C., Conor will develop new client relationships across the province, concentrating on Xpera’s strategies for corporate market growth.

Conor brings extensive experience supporting enterprise-level organizations across Western Canada. Working closely with client teams, he has helped organizations solve complex business challenges through practical, innovative strategies aligned with their operational goals. His consultative approach, combined with data-driven insights and a strong commitment to service excellence, has enabled him to build lasting client relationships and deliver measurable value.

Conor holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Technology Management, complemented by a minor in Criminology.

Outside of work, Conor is a passionate sports enthusiast who dedicates much of his free time to playing hockey and various other sports. His competitive spirit, teamwork, and discipline on the ice are qualities he also brings to his professional relationships and client engagements.
