Xpera Risk Mitigation & Investigation Corp. (Xpera) is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicole Weir as Director, HR Services. In this role, Nicole will lead an expanding HR Services team, overseeing day-to-day operations, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring our services evolve to meet the market's changing needs.

Joining Xpera in 2010, Nicole is a respected leader with extensive knowledge of employee screening services and ethics reporting programs, including Xpera HR Services’ ConfidenceLine. She has led client acquisition efforts, onboarded organizations across numerous industries, and built lasting partnerships through responsive service and practical guidance.
