History

Xpera is Canada’s largest national investigation and risk mitigation firm, providing service for over 40 years. Xpera has a proven track record of meeting diverse and demanding client needs in a manner that assures value, quality, and privacy while helping combat fraud and meeting the best interests of the client. As a national provider, Xpera has 24 locations coast-to-coast and over 400 employees.

Xpera is the result of a merger of Canada’s two largest risk mitigation & investigations companies. The founding roots of our organization come from bringing together regional Canadian companies dating back to 1975.

Since our inception, Xpera personnel have operated at both strategic and operational levels, have enhanced human safety, and met operational needs in some of the most challenging environments on earth, providing security consulting, audits and risk assessments, occupational health & safety audit and planning, travel risk management, training, logistics and dependable service. We have performed justice, human rights and human security development work throughout the world, including work with police, courts, and corrections.
