Did you know March is Fraud Prevention Month? Each year, this month focuses on promoting awareness and education. Unfortunately, fraud targeting businesses can be just as creative and convincing as those targeting consumers. This means it’s more important than ever to educate yourself. All of us at Xpera and ESM want to take a moment to acknowledge and thank our ESM Security Guards. These individuals face challenges as part of every job, but these times are unprecedented.
Our Guards are providing essential and vital frontline services across Canada. They are in hospitals, healthcare facilities, and COVID-19 assessment sites. In many cases, an ESM Guard serves as first point of contact at these facilities, screening visitors, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and protecting healthcare workers and patients alike. They also support essential visitation, and the flow of foot traffic. Things are changing daily, but they are working tirelessly to safely perform their duties with care and diligence.
We are so proud of our team. We thank them, and all our healthcare and essential services workers.
