Manager, Client Services

Nicole manages Xpera ConfidenceLine services and Pre-Employment Screening programs. She joined the Xpera team in 2010 and is a key client care contact for services, compliancy questions, and organizational consulting. Nicole oversees all day-to-day operations and is the lead contact person throughout the client account set-up process for select services. Additionally, Nicole administers demonstrations and training webinars for both the ConfidenceLine and Xpera Screening software platforms. Nicole has a Diploma with Honors in E-Commerce Business Management. In December 2020, Nicole earned an Associate Certificate in Leadership, with Distinction, from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
