Privacy Policy

Xpera has adopted and adheres to stringent security standards to protect personal and other non-public information against accidental or unauthorized access or disclosure. Safeguards implemented include administrative, physical and technical barriers that serve as a firewall. We periodically subject our site to simulated intrusion tests, some of which are requested by clients as a term and condition of doing business with them. This is further augmented with comprehensive disaster recovery plans.

When you visit and navigate as well as communicate with us via our website, we will not collect any personal information unless we are provided that information voluntarily, which will be held with strict confidentiality. If we do collect any information from you, we will provide a convenient means of modifying such information to ensure that it is correct and up to date. Under no circumstances will we collect any information about you without your explicit consent. From time to time we may offer product trials or downloads and may at times request some registration information. Xpera strictly guards against any unauthorized access or disclosure of your information. We do not engage in the buying or selling of your information.

Xpera uses basic website statistics to track the number of people visiting our website. The information collected in no way identifies you or your computer and is not in any manner traceable to the users of our website. Our website statistics simply document the number of users who visit our site, which pages they visited, and other anonymous information that is standard with most websites.

If for any reason whatsoever, you do not believe that your personal information is being managed according to the above principals, please contact the Webmaster and this will be dealt with promptly.

Xpera may change this policy statement from time to time. When updates are made, the privacy policy version date (located at the bottom of this policy) will also be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. We encourage users of our website to periodically review this policy in the event any changes have been made. This statement is not intended to and does not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
