March – Fraud Prevention Month
Did you know March is Fraud Prevention Month? Each year, this month focuses on promoting awareness and education on Fraud prevention. Unfortunately, fraud targeting businesses can be just as creative and convincing as those targeting consumers. The Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre has reported the unprecedented levels of fraud over the past three years, with Canadians reporting a staggering $554 million lost in 2023. OMHRA’s “It’s Not Business as Usual” conference
OMHRA’s “It’s Not Business as Usual” conference was a huge success, with 150 Municipal Human Resource professionals in attendance. The conference was hosted at Casino Rama on September 10th, 11th and 12th. We would like to thank all the clients and attendees that came by our booth to say hello, as well as to OMHRA.
